Arabia Taxi Dubai successfully organised a three-day Awareness Campaign for Taxi Drivers from 28th to 30th July 2025, focusing on RTA customer compliance, zero accidents, quality standards, traffic regulations, taxi cleanliness, and driver hygiene.
The campaign was inaugurated on 28th July 2025 at 10:00 AM by Honourable General Manager, Mr. W.A. Faruqui. In his address, he encouraged drivers to stay committed to safe and responsible driving while highlighting the importance of customer satisfaction, accident-free operations, and maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.

As part of the campaign, 30 drivers were recognized and rewarded for maintaining excellent safety records with no accidents or violations throughout the year. Each driver received a prize as motivation to continue prioritizing road safety and responsible driving practices.
During the campaign, an awareness leaflet covering RTA compliance, accident prevention, and hygiene standards was distributed to all drivers. To ensure proper understanding, 10 dedicated counselling counters were set up with trainers providing one-on-one guidance. Refreshments were also arranged at each counter, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Over the three days, 2,707 drivers attended the sessions across both day and night shifts, achieving an impressive 91.86% participation rate. The campaign reinforced Arabia Taxi Group’s commitment to driver safety, passenger well-being, and overall road safety in the UAE.
The Awareness Campaign for Taxi Drivers – July 2025 was a resounding success, thanks to the efforts of the management team, guest speakers, trainers, and, most importantly, the drivers. Arabia Taxi Group remains dedicated to creating safer roads for drivers, passengers, and the community at large.
